Hickory Bay Boat House was built in 2006 and operates as a Florida Not-For Profit Condominium Association with a 106 slips, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Because we are a self managed, not-for profit Association with a budget designed to break even, our dues are the lowest in SWFL.

Located in Little Hickory Bay near white sand beaches and charming Gulf waters, we are just 20mins. to the Gulf of Mexico, giving you access to world-class boating and renowned fishing destinations.
High & Dry Storage - Our fully enclosed storage building houses boats up to 30’ in total length, 12’ overhead clearance, and maximum beam of 9’. Scheduling boat launches is quick and easy. Our dry storage service includes daily, unlimited launches with one-hour advanced noticed via the SpeedyDock App. After a day of boating, the team retrieves your vessel, rinses down the hull, and flushes the engine before returning your boat to its secure storage space.
Wet Slips - Our marina has wet slips equipped to harbor boats of all shapes and sizes up to 40' in total length with a majority available with boat lifts ranging in capacities from 13k to 20k lbs. Electric and water is provided at every slip, plus ample convenient parking adds to the ease of the short dock walk your boat.
Well marked navigation channels allows all boaters easy access to open Gulf waters via a short ride to Wiggins Pass, or stay in the protected backwaters of Estero Bay to reach Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and beyond!
